Our Goal
Realizing that working remotely is here to stay, our goal is to widen access and participation for students and professionals seeking to reach their full potential in a competitive and increasingly globalized workforce using real-life, virtual global internships. Our internships enable students and professionals to gain valuable global experience, with our global partners, that is aligned with their career and academic interests.

Global Partners and Industry
We have over 650 global partners in a variety of industries and locations. Interns will have the opportunity to work remotely with startups, SMEs, multinational organizations, NGOs, business firms, and companies based in Europe, Asia, and North America. Interns will gain solid experience in a variety of specialist fields such as Cybersecurity, Data Science, Business & Finance, Digital Marketing, etc.
The Application Process
Students are required to apply online and include all relevant details about their history, work experience, career aspirations, and internship needs. This is followed by an initial interview with a member of our team. We then reach out to our global partners in order to find a perfect match for you after which we schedule you for an interview with your prospective supervisor, who will provide more information about the role, expectations, and the organization. Successful interns are then required to complete their payment, attend the onboarding session and then embark on a transformative and enriching experience.
How We Support You
We are by your side throughout the process from the time you apply until your last day as an intern. Every intern is adequately prepared for their new role through our 5-day, preparation module. We provide:

● Resume Review & Interview Preparation
● Professional Development Workbook
● Certificate of completion, evaluation, and employer reference letter
Internship Cost and Duration
Understanding that every intern has unique needs, we provide lots of flexibility around our programs. We can customize experiences to meet certain goals and our internship durations may vary. Our regular internships last for 4 - 8 weeks and require a time commitment of about 15-30 hours per week, depending on the partner organization and intern role. Similarly, our internship cost varies, however, you can contact us to get a quote. Interns are not paid, instead, they pay to support our administrative costs and the career-building experience we provide. We keep it affordable and very rewarding!
